» If at any time sessmatrimony.com, in its sole discretion, is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, or suppression of facts sessmatrimony.com hereby reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the services of sessmatrimony.com without any refund of any monies paid to sessmatrimony.com even without intimation to you. sessmatrimony.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to review the activity & status of each account & block the account of your membership based on such review.

» We strongly recommend the customers to do the complete background verification of the prospects before finalizing. For Remarriages it is advisable to check the Divorce Copy (For Divorcee’s) and Death Certificate for the Widow or Widowers.

» sessmatrimony.com has the right to change its features and services from time to time based on members’ feedback or as a result of a change of policy in our company.

» sessmatrimony.com reserves the right to screen communications/messages that you may send to other Members and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.
